Hi! I'm Valerie Krampac, a self-taught cake designer and baker. I am also a graduate of the Bonnie Gordon College of Confectionary Arts. In addition to running Sweet Carnival Cakes, I co-founded The Cake Collective with my sister so that other small food businesses can have a commercial kitchen to work from.
I do much more than just cakes, as you can see from a small sample of my work on this page. I also work closely with the members of The Cake Collective to offer catering and amazing dessert tables.
